How & where we operate

60,000 acres on the Rivercess coast

SELAC's concession spans 60,000 acres (about 24,281 hectares) in Rivercess County — one of the largest private land holdings in Liberian history, and just 4.6% of the county.

The land

Rivercess County, Liberia

Rivercess is Liberia's least populated county, stretching along 120 km of Atlantic coastline. Low population density means land can be developed responsibly, with minimal displacement, while deep-water access opens a direct route to regional and export markets.

Our 60,000-acre land bank is the foundation of both a world-class agricultural enterprise and, over a 20-year horizon, Rivercess Nova City.
